swimming pool, games room with pool table, internet kiosk and coffee machine, children’s
playground, large BBQ area with pizza oven, communal kitchen and plenty of
seating and amenities block including laundromat.
Enjoying a quiet setting with no road noise or sandflies, making for an enjoyable stay.
We have over 80 cabins and villas available to suit any budget, and 31 powered caravan sites 8 en-suite sites. We regret we do not have a tent area.

The beach is a short 200 metre
walk (400m to patrolled area), the local facilities include Thai and Indian Restaurant's, bakery, Zaffaras coffee lounge, Capones pizzeria, McDonalds, grocery store, pub/bistro Blue Bar, BWS, skate park, ten pin bowling and a short walk to Alex Beach Surf Club founded in 1924.
The park is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast. You are only a short stroll from long sandy
beaches, 1.2km north to Maroochydore with the Sunshine Plaza which boasts over
220 speciality stores, a 12 screen cinema complex and waterfront dining
situated on the picturesque natural waterway, Cornmeal Creek which runs through
the Plaza complex.
Only 2 km south is Mooloolaba with its sun-kissed beaches,
boutique shopping and al-fresco dining.
The Coast’s emerging upmarket area Cotton Tree noted for great coffee,
elegant shopping, library and aquatic centre, Sunday market and A-La-Carte Boat
Shed Restaurant is only 1km away. A 45
minute drive inland will take you to mountain villages, rainforests and
waterfalls in the Glasshouse, Montville
and Maleny areas.
